The process is easy and straightforward.
With a flat fee/ for sale by owner listing , you pay the fee for listing your property in the MLS and on Realtor.com.
You can still advertise, and show your home to buyers you find. However, at the same time, you have me and other agents actively trying to find a buyer for your property.
Should I find a buyer , or another agent find a buyer for your property, then you will owe a 3% buyer agent commission at closing. This is all stated in the listing agreement.
You send me all the information on your property and your photos, pay your listing fee, and your in!
WE will work by email/fax mainly, therefore, having access to both is mandatory for this program.
It's VERY important that the property be priced right in the beginning, because you don't want it to expire due to being overpriced. You can easily see how other properties are priced that are similar to yours.
